My recent pick ups... not all from May, but I never got a chance to post them in the April thread.

Alex Rios cleats - picked up from a member here, and had them signed soon after.



Eric Hinske signed bat and batting gloves.



Not a new pickup, but I got my Roy Halladay gamer signed. The glare takes away from the auto - it looks flawless in person.



Sarah Vaillancourt Harvard Crimson stick. One of my favourite hockey players, Vaillancourt used this stick while with Harvard as part of a fundraiser for breast cancer research.









And my favourite recent pickup - a Jeremy Accardo game worn San Francisco Giants road jersey. Thanks to a great forum member for pointing me in the direction of Mike's Sporting Goods for this jersey.

Here's something you don't see on this forum. This is a game used cricket bat. Used by former Australian opening batsman GEOFF MARSH.

Cricket bats are quite rare, as a player would usually only use one or two per season. They are made to last, and rarely crack.

This bat shows both red and white ball marks. Red balls used during day games, white balls used in day/night games.

Notice the fiberglass tape on the bat. This is allowed on bats in cricket, and merely prevents any further damage to a favored bat.

The rubber handle grip is lost to time.

Bat dates to around 1990-92 based on the design.

I'm sure alot of you are thinking "what the @$?!"
