Here's something you don't see on this forum. This is a game used cricket bat. Used by former Australian opening batsman GEOFF MARSH.

Cricket bats are quite rare, as a player would usually only use one or two per season. They are made to last, and rarely crack.

This bat shows both red and white ball marks. Red balls used during day games, white balls used in day/night games.

Notice the fiberglass tape on the bat. This is allowed on bats in cricket, and merely prevents any further damage to a favored bat.

The rubber handle grip is lost to time.

Bat dates to around 1990-92 based on the design.

I'm sure alot of you are thinking "what the @$?!"

Nice Swisher! I really need to pickup one of his A's bats.

Have you checked on eBay. Thats where I was looking for one of his bats but they were never the White Sox.

Made a trade with Steve White a while back. I sent him a Don Baylor Hat and he was going to send me a Chone Figgins hat plus cash. Got the cash but it took a while to get the hat due to his military assignment. I got the hat yesterday and as a bonus, he sent me a early 1970's salesman sample of an Angels jersey from Goodman and Sons.

So Taguchi Phillies 2008 Mizuno Pro Bat. The bat is pounded with use, shaved handle, and 99 written in gold on the knob Thanks Jay on a great deal!!!!

Martin Prado game used 2008 bat. Prado cracked this bat on July 13th by slamming it on home plate after striking out. You can hear the bat crack while watching video of the strikeout.
