Just an FYI,

The game used Pablo Sandoval bat is not an actual Sandoval bat. He may have used it during the game, but it looks to be someone eles's signature model. It looks like the signature stamped in was blacked out by a marker? Also pablo's auto on the back of the bat does not match the signature stamped into the bat. He probably did not order a pink bat of his own and wanted to use Rowand's or someone's. Too steep a price for me!

The only Reds bat up that I want is the Jay Bruce but I can't justify spending that much for a bat that was used one time

And he didn't even use it the whole game

Here are some interesting things I noticed.

There are 2 Giambi bats listed- Did he use 2 bats during that game?
There are 2 Mathis bats listed - Same question?

Yeah, several guys have two bats... I think I heard most players order two, primarily in case one breaks early in the game, plus it helps raise twice as much money for charity. I believe some guys last year used one bat in BP and a second in the game so they had a couple with "use" for the auctions. Some of the second bats I've seen are clean and have little to no use, more of a game issued bat... Similar for some guys that didnt make the lineup, their bats may show no use either.

I think Yome is the name of his Mom. She is Japanese.

damon has done this in the past. i am surprise more players dont do this.

are there other players that put their moms name on the bat?
maybe we can make a list.
