Having grown-up in Philly and graduated from St. Joseph's University, I've attended many a Big 5 basketball game at the Palestra. Through the years, I've managed to collect just two (2) Big 5 pieces of memorabilia.

-The LaSalle warm-up is from the early 1970's. It's made out of double-knit material and there is a Wilson tag in the collar.
-The St.Joseph's piece is from the early 1960's. It's made out of durene material and although there isn't a manufacturer's tag anywhere on the item, there is a Mitchell and Ness distribution tag sewn on the inside of the jersey.

Back in the day, Pearson Sporting Goods and Mitchell and Ness supplied jerseys and equipment to Professional, Semi-Pro, College, High School and almost any type of team sports in the Tr-State area.
