Early 90's Dolphins Jersey Help!!!!!

I need some help with a Louis Oliver I posted a while back. I was looking at it a few days ago and underneath the size tag it says DR. From my understanding that is a code for the year it was made. One thing that really puzzles me about this jersey is, it has the proper Wilson tagging that the early 90's Wilson jerseys had. Now Louis Oliver never wore open sleeves and that is why this jersey really puzzles me. Maybe it was made for him and he decided he wanted the elastic sleeves. I don't know . I currently have it with my retail jerseys that I have bought. Anyone think I should include it with my worn/issued jerseys?

Thanks guys! Any theories on the jersey? Anyone know why Wilson would have made this jersey when its not to his specifications?
