Re: OT: Memorable Sitcom Sports Episodes
I remember the Married with Children episode where Kelly was dating Polk High's star football player. Bragging about his glory days at Polk, Al asked Kelly's boyfriend if he played both ways like they did in Al's day. Kelly's boyfriend said no, he only liked girls.

And of course the Senfield where Jerry almost loses tickets to Game 7 of the 1994 Devils-Rangers Stanley Cup Semifinals because he didn't thank Alan? Berg for the tickets to Game 6.
He waits so long, that when he finally calls to thank Berg he gets tickets to Game 7, but only on the condition that he, Kramer and George paint their chests to help spell D-E-V-I-L-S.Comment
