thanks! Shows great use so i will have to try to dig those up! I couldn't believe it as a MSU fan, let alone just a collector to get all the jerseys for $80. Also got three pins that may be their letterman pins, one is a block S and others helmets.

Awesome haul for $80! As a college football jersey collector myself, I love the Bowl Game jerseys. The patch is a really nice addition to the in-season jersey, and I have had my greatest success photomatching Bowl Game jerseys on Getty. Keep up the great collecting, and keep posting 'em! I love when this thread is near the top of the page.

My first Michigan State University game used pick up.

I purchased this in a recent MSU Official Online Auction. This authentic game worn Spartan Football Home Alternate Jersey was advertised as being worn in Michigan State's 23-7 win over Eastern Michigan on September 22nd, 2012 at Spartan Stadium. The lack of the Big Ten patch on the upper right chest, makes me think it is actually a 2010 or 2011 jersey. I think the most likely game is the 2011 Wisconsin game and worn by Taiwan Jones. He only saw limited playing time in that game and that would line up with the limited use. I'll do some additional research, but still happy with my purchase:





Perlman9, if you read this, any insight on being able to distinguish between a 2010 and 2011 jersey? Thanks!
