Re: Bob's (skyking26) memorabilia collection
Awesome Collection!!!!
I just started collecting 1970' 80's and 90's Braves bats. They are a ton of fun to collect. I still like my Devil Rays collection, but the older stuff is just freaking cool!!!!
Unfortunately or maybe not, most prefer the newer and more available mass produced modern stuff.
I just got a 1973-75 Vic Correl Braves bat. I remember as a little kid looking at his baseball card. How many of his bats do you all (forum members) see?
That is what I thought!!!
Keep up the great work Bob!!!Leave a comment:

It don't look good. I have tried everyone I can think of. Nobody can hook me up. Even check back with an old connection. Probably couldn't afford one anyway as they would probably be high.
Yes, I wouldn't mind either way. Any team that rolls through Balitmore, I can see him. Only 3 hrs away.Leave a comment:

God that would be wonderful! He would join Harold Baines on our list of treasured DH's. Left handed power, a veteran pressence, and a guy who can play ball!!!!!!! Bet he might even get a game or two at first if he comes our way...unfortunately he wont be in the running for a ring unless the baseball guides smile down upon us!

There is talk around here about Thome possibly coming back to the White Sox. For your sake hope he heads to Baltimore. Any luck finding a Thome Dodger Jersey ????Leave a comment:

Nice job Mark on getting those photos on there. He & I are always in contact. That 73 full uni looks sweet and having a home & road of the 4 major teams (3 of Oakland) & Tropics home & road are sweet too. He needs to expand, but wifey has other ideas.
We share the passion !!!!
Way to go....nice job again Mark.

Re: Bob's (skyking26) memorabilia collection
I visited Bob's room earlier this year for a trade & tiger's game trip. There are many terrific items that are not shown. However Bob learned one thing about me that he didn't know before.......................He has to break out the carpet cleaner to suck up my saliva from each of my visits.
Sorry about the mess Bob
Happy Kongdom to you
Peace ole' chum
