I was wondering if most Jeter bat's have a indentation from a batting sleeve? Just curious because I always see him warming up with one when he's on deck but it looks like on most of his bat's there are no markings from it? Any comments?

Jeter's Game Used Bats purchased from Steiner Sports include a letter from Jeter.

Jeter's Game Used Bats purchased from Yankee-Steiner do not include a letter from Jeter.

Hi indyred, thanks for the information. It's just that I didn't see the MLB Authenticated holograms on some of members bats, just a Steiner. I used to own a Jeter game used cleat and that came with a personal letter Jeter certifying he worn it so I wondered if he also did the same for his bats.

The MLB authenticated and Steiner hologramed ones are about as good as it gets for authenticity of Jeter bat. I've never seen a signed LOA from Jeter for one of his bats. He hasn't gone as far as Arod in that aspect of marketing his own stuff.

I remember someone on here had photo matched their Jeter bat to Jackie Robinson day game. Jeter was wearing #42 in photo match. I think it was from 2 years ago. Someone on the board owns that one.
