Not on a card, but a 8x10 photo.

I have a photo-matched game used cleats, as well as the batting helmet & batting glove.

I posted this in the Chicago Bears thread but it's too nice not to share in multiple spots...

This is my 1995 Joe Cain photomatch to a 1996 Topps card:

My Willie Parker gloves he wore in the 2005 "snow game" vs Chicago on a 2006 Donruss Classic. May also pick up the ball as well.

1993 season Natrone Means "Rookie" away jersey. This Jerseys was used for most if not all away games that year. Hammered with team repairs and paint transfers. Photo matched to 3 x 1994 football cards. On the shoulder you can see the jersey mesh holes all match up like a fingerprint in the closeup.

One of my favorites. A 1987 Charles Mann road jersey appeared on a number of cards, below is a sample:

Assuming that the images for 1971 Topps were taken in 1970 this would be a true rookie glove and photo matched on top of it.

The Keith Byars jersey I own that he wore in the 1996/1997 AFC Divisional Playoff Game against the Steelers, and AFC Championship Game against the Jaguars, was featured on several of his 1997 cards. The tell tale is the black streak on the head of the number 1 on the front of his jersey. He got that in the second quarter of the Divisional game after a huge collision with Steeler linebacker Levon Kirkland as a lead blocker on a running play that had both of them staggering to get up. There's also a tear/repair I can see on the cards in person, but you can't make out from these pictures:

I have Salvador Perez first game used walk off HR bat. I don't have a card with that bat on it but Topps has several cards with him trotting towards home plate after that walk off. I matched it by pausing and matching him as well as people in the background. Here is the card.
