So, I decided I wanted to collect HR items, preferably signed an inscribed as such. Here are some of the items that I was able to get my paws on in the past couple weeks since my post. Thanks goes out to all the forum members who have helped me to add to this new part of my collection. A lot of the bats show remarkable use like the Cordova and the Allen...and therefor make it a little bit harder to inscribe.

Included are: Carlos Lee HR bat, Cody Johnson HR bat, Marty Cordova HR bat, Juan Gonzalez HR bat, Juan Gonzalez HR cleats, Magglio Ordonez HR bat, Luke Allen HR bat, and a Frank Thomas HR bat (hasn't arrived yet ).

So hopefully everyone got a chance to read my thread about meeting the 4 MLB players and bringing them on base here in Japan. After we ate dinner on Monday, Craig Brazell told me that he was having his jersey shipped down here from the team stadium in Osaka. He wanted to give it to me in appreciation for what I was able to do for them. I was able to pick it up today. It's HUGE, comes down to my knees. It's from the 2009 season, as you can see on the tagging.

I picked this up at the beginning of the month. Just getting around to posting the pics. I know its not a Cubs bat, but I think Grace is one guy I'll always find room for in my collection.

This bat is hammered. I tried the flash light thing. Not sure how well it turned out.

Picked up this Twins Game Used Baseball. It was used on April 17th, 2009, the game Jason Kubel hit for the cycle. The ball is MLB Authenticated and also comes with a letter from the Minnesota Twins certifying the autograph as well as the game use to April, 17th, 2009.

How were the prices on the jerseys if you remember?

From what I recall they were anywhere from $100- $300 (Brett Wallace).

Actually, the River Cats had quite a few home and road jerseys available for sale when I went to a game back in August. They basically had anybody who played on the 2009 team available (with the exception of Chris Carter) including Travis Buck, Brett Wallace, and Adrian Cardenas. They had about a dozen bats available for sale but most did not have names on them.

I recently picked up this Andre Ethier Sacramento River Cats jersey to add to my Ethier collection. Ethier only played in four games for the River Cats in 2005.
