BMH, Question on coaches/instructor bats, thanks

I was curious if orders by retired players that act as instructors in spring training after retiring are in their normal records or ordered in a different way. Specifically I'm wondering about a bat with the following description: Mickey Mantle professional model coaches bat c.1977-79. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 36oz. Usually they are with their normal records. We do everything by the players name. Who orders it is secondary or for what purpose is secondary to our system.
