a pudge gamer from april of this season (2010)...tons of cleat marks all around the barrell & so much tar it covered all the tape...its thick!!....

Great looking Posada bat! I just picked up the top two Glaus bats at the top of the pic and a recent Royals Mientkiewicz bat (my favorite player)

Sometimes I think Glaus and Mientkewicz give Posada a run for his money in the Pine tar department. Nice pickups!

David Ortiz 2011 Marucci bat. Ortiz clubbed a total of 3 HR's in August with this bat.

I'm going to ask a stupid question.. I see a lot of these bats are described as having "cleat marks". I'm wondering how a bat gets cleat marks on it? The only thing I can think of is the cleats are in the bat bag with the bat?
