Re: March pick-ups
Sheff All-Star bat from 2004. This bat has a crazy amount of notations. Gary wrote all games he played for each team and wrote 1st player in history of baseball elected to the All Star team while playing for 5 different teams throughout a career.
Special thanks to AROD313 for selling me this unique Sheff item.
WOW...i always hate using silver paint pens bc i fear the pen will streak or not work, i couldnt even imagine tried to get all that signed...my head would explode

Re: March pick-ups
Here are my two new additions. Wanna throw a huge shoutout to Blitzmaster on the Allen jersey. Thanks a bunch!
2006 Kellen Winslow Jr Browns practice jersey w/tag from browns store. Its got a cool altered bottom that I style matched to a few pics.
My new centerpiece
2006 Jared Allen game worn Chiefs jersey w/coa from team. Pretty sweet as it has a repair on the shoulder and some nice hit marks and helmet marks.

Re: March pick-ups
Pedroia Pawtucket bat is just hammered and heavily tarred. Seller iclaims to be father of a bat-boy given the bat in the minors.
Anyone recall if this name/model stamping is 2004 or 2005? I think the dark printing is unique to this era on M9's if I recall. But I forget the date range. Later printing is thinnner and less dark. Is it laser printed instead of stamped..or am I just mis-remembering?

Re: March pick-ups
My guess is the pine tar ended up on Manny's batting gloves as he grips the area where the tar was located or some of the pine tar may have come off from being stored in those long socks, prior to me getting the bat. The lower area on the handle has "Mota stick" and that stuff does not come off easily.
Thanks, BobbyLeave a comment:
