What size shoulder pads do you put in your jerseys?

I'm starting to look for shoulder pads for my jerseys. Any specific sizes you guys use? I also have WR jersey which is a size 42. What size would you suggest for that?

for display purposes i found the cheapest is to get some youth XL or XXL....i picked up a new pair off craigslist for 20 bucks.....they fit well on full size man...most NFL /College players pads are smaller for more flexibility...compaired to oversize pads most youth/highschool wear......just my 2 cents

Thanks! That's what I figured. I just wanted to know for sure. I have always noticed how the pads look pretty small on players.
