Picked up a Evan Longoria Game Used Road Jersey with dirt, pine tar stains etc, correct labeling etc, and a photomatched GU Batting Helmet , both from 2009 from Lelands Auction House at the National In Baltimore. Today I got them both done at Signing Longoria did in Tampa.
If you bought the tickets in advance they were for Flat Rates. I got 3 items signed. For those of you who don't know Longoria's "Free Autograph" he gives at games is wayyy different then the ones he does at paid signings. The tickets were 79.00 each. He wasn't doing inscriptions today. The Longo Authentication Hologram was also placed on the items.
Here is the stuff. It came out awsome.
Longoria's MLB Debut - Full Unused Ticket

2009 Game Worn Road Jersey - purchased it at the National Sports Card Convention in the beginning of the month from Lelands Auction House. Has dirt stains and pine tar stains all over
Here are some pics of some of the stains . There is alot more but you get the idea. Also the Lableing patch reads "Set 2009" on the lower left tail of the jersey. All correct markings and nice evidence of use. Basically it's the Real Deal.

Here it is with the ink....

Here is the Big item i got done.
2009 Game Used Batting Helmet - also obtained from lelands auction house at the convention
It comes with the MLB authentication sticker on the back. What MLB does when they aquire items is put the sticker on with a letter code and it goes into MLB's database. Has the date and name of item.
It was obtained by MLB on Oct. 4, 2009. The last regular season game. Longo hit HR # 33 in the game.
I had my friend Dan ask Longoria how many helmets he used in 2009. Longo said he used 2-3 helmets. He said he cracked one. So he basically used 2 helmets the majority of the season. This is one of them... i could post many more pics, but there is no need. The use on this thing is INSANE.
Back of helmet - His "3" decal and the MLB authentication sticker

What makes it even cooler is i was able to photomatch it with pictures i found of Longoria wearing it.
Here is the helmet and the white substance on the air hole.

Here are some pics of him with the helmet on. It was easy to identify it because of the white substance on one of the air holes on the side of the helmet. I found alot of still frames on MLB.com from the 2009 season. The still frames are from the actual at bat from the game. Others are from getty images.

October 4, 2009 - HR # 33 - If you look Closely you can see the white thing on the air hole.

And here it is all done with the ink....

Yea it was pricey, but getting items like these done at a signing i would say is making the most out of it. Thanks for looking. MAD Thanks to friend Dan.
