Were they sold on ebay? or to a forum member or are they not for sale? I thought they were for sale with proceeds going to charity?

I think the bats you are thinking of are two Pujols ones posted a week or two ago, also asking how much they were worth. I can't find the thread, however, so I assume that it is collecting dust somewhere in the growing archives of deleted GUU posts.

Yeah, I've noticed many threads going poof...There was a guy on here saying he might possibly have favre's superbowl jersey and was going to post pictures and then poof..the thread was gone...I would have liked to see what he had.
