Help with this Photomatch

So to make a long story short, I have a friend at work, her husband recently passed away. He had an autograph & memorabilia collection, someone at work told her that I collect jerseys and that she should talk to me about some of the stuff he had. Most of his auto stuff was sold on Craig's list & eBay but she had a framed jersey that she was going to sell and asked me what I thought she could get for it.

I saw the jersey it is a #55 Yankee jersey and took it out of the frame to see if it was a retail authentic and it has a 2005 year tag & a 0062 wash code tag on it. I told her that the jersey seems to be team issued but she does not know where he bought it from or anything. I have the jersey in my possession and today I started looking through getty images to see if I can photo match it. I found some pics that I think are a photo match. Here are the pics of the jersey followed by pics of what I think is the photo match from the 2005 playoffs Angels vs. Yankees series:

If this jersey is a match what would the value of this jersey be? What would be a fair asking price for this jersey?

Can you circle what you are basing this match on cause the few stripes I can find that are similar arent really a match at all.

And I am not sure of a value as no one knows if its even issued. So basically the value would be the price of a regular jersey.

where is the Steiner provenance and isn't size 52 a little large for Matsui?

Thanks for the help guys. I have no idea how to do the circles. Here is what I am basing my ideas on:

1. The number of pinstripes across the front of the jersey match up.

2. Look at the front collar, the pinstripe that is on Matsui's right side just sticks out of the front from behind the flap of the jersey. It is the same as what is on the jersey that I have taken pictures of.

3. If you look at the buttons the pinstripe that is right along the button on the pictures match up.

4. On the back the MLB logo looks like it is in the same place as the picture of Matsui fielding the ball off the wall (Picture #1)

5. The #55 looks to match up with the #'s on picture #1

6. Look at the interlocking NY logo and it looks to be in the same spot as in all the pictures that show the front of the jersey. The pinstripes intersect with the logo in the same places as in the pictures of Matsui wearing the jersey.

As for the size I have no idea what size Matsui used as a Yankee, I do not collect or know anything about Yankee jerseys, but if you count the pinstripes they are the same on this jersey as they are in the pictures. It is my understanding that the pinstripes are 1" apart on Yankee jerseys so the size seems to match up based on the amount of pinstripes on the jersey in the picture and the jerseys that I took pictures of.

I have never seen a Matsui jersey with or without Steiner provenance so I do not know if it should have it or not. The jersey is exactly as it was in the frame.

Maybe I am wrong but I do not think Steiner was handling the Yankees stuff in 05. I think it's close from the last photo with the NY logo..
