I cant stop laughing at this
Q: Do you have any bats your looking to sell outright before they become spoons?Nov-19-10A: Not at the moment.Q: Is this a joke? I know you think that it is "shattered" and is "worthless" but a broken carlos gonzalez bat, even if its in two pieces, can easily go for $300 bucks. if your friend really wants to make money, sell the bats as a whole, if he wants to keep making eating utensils, there is plenty of wood at the home depot.Nov-19-10A: I agree, but my friend is the woodworker. I will try to get him to change his ways.Q: Just because a bat is shattered doesn't mean it's not collected. I actually collect broken and shattered bats as my main collecting focus, so I can agree with what others said. If you don't think so then maybe you should see what people are saying about this auction on Game Used Universe as I agree with what all of them are saying http://www.gameuseduniverse.com/vb_f...491Nov-19-10A: I am just selling this for my friend. He may change his ways.Q: Does the spoon show any use?? like seam impressions or anything. and tell ur freind next time to sell the bat as a broken cracked bat and he would make a lot moreNov-18-10A: These spoons are unused, the grain can be seen in the photos. My man says these bats are shattered into many pieces and not repairable. I do understand that the barrel and the handle do have some value, also. I will let him know.
I was the one who asked if the spoon shows any use

I recently picked up a nice Cargo g/u batting helmet that I was considering making a big ole ice cream sundae in...what better way to eat it then with a bat-spoon!
I asked how many peas would fit in the spoon and if it came with a COA because I would really be upset if I found out that I was eating peas from a Soriano bat.
His response.
Depends on whether they are regular peas or baby size peas.
I think we may be saving future bats from a life in someones salad...
Q: Do you know that a "shattered" or "cracked" Cargo bat is worth $250-$350 ? This cant be for real? Is this a joke? A: I KID YOU NOT. THIS MAN HAS ACCESS TO THESE BATS THAT ARE MANY TIMES BROKEN IN TWO PIECES. ARE THESE WORTH $$$$$$$ IF SO HE WILL CEASE AND DESIST MAKING SPOONS AND MAKE MONEY.
