Smitty - Living in the burbs down south! We tailgate for every home BRONCS game so if you're out there, stop by for a cold one or two! Here's the cell if you make it out there: 303.829.0143
Hog - He signed the helmet, but I'm honestly not a big autograph guy. I do have some other gamers signed but my preference is probably to have jerseys without signatures but to each their own..and thanks for asking but I'm going to keep them in the family..
Thanks,

Re: How do you Display your collection?
Joba,
BEAUTIFUL Steelers collection you have there! Very nice. I especially love those Danbury Mint Statues. Used to own the Lambert and Bettis myself...really regret getting rid of those when I moved across country. I also had a Jerry Rice (Raiders) and Rich Gannon one as well.
The one of the entire Super Bowl XL team is just sweet! I also like the Lambert "shrine", I forgot all about the old Iron City Beer cans and McDonald's glasses I had from the 'Burg back in the day.Comment

Thank you very much! The room had a lot more stuff, threw everything on that shelf thing we have, working on getting a case. I appreciate the kind words, I'll post pictures when it's done.Comment

Re: How do you Display your collection?
SHIP-Thanks for the kind words. My collection of steelers used to be alot better but i have been selling off my steelers room.Yes i also love danbury mint items as they are so great looking. So i have a few yankees, miami hurricanes and steelers danbury mint items. The one with the sb xl team is one of my favorites but the best is the final game at 3 rivers that came with the season tickets.Jack lambert was one of my boyhood idols and also mike webster, jack for defense and mike for offense as i played those poisitions when i played.Anyways, thanks again that means alot coming from a fellow steelers fan-Joba,

Re: How do you Display your collection?
Right now I have a 9 bat and 30 ball display cases from CaseWorks. In my opinion it is the "classiest" displays I have found. They do not look cheap or take away from the items.
The nice thing is that you can also get museum quality UV protection. I am surprised some people are not concerned about UV fading their signatures or items. Just because there is no windows in a display room does not mean they wont fade. Even those compact florescent bulbs give off UV.
I will post actual pictures when renos are done.
The nice thing about the Ball display is that you can see the ball from all angles, you don't have to be straight on to see them all.
