Fivetool, is there a black spot on the handle of your bat? If so, I need a picture of it.

Also, your slope test mark looks funny because I see 2 separate black marks. Never seen this before, but it will really help in the photomatching process with high res. pics.

With this manuf. date you should start trying to find images starting with the home series vs. Cubs on 9-13-10. I say this because it was stamped on Sat. the 28th. It would've shipped that next week. They had home games 9-3-10 through 9-5-10, but I doubt it would be in his hands that fast. They then went on the road until the Cubs series on 9-13-10 and were at home until 9-19-10. They would not ship a bat to him on the road so your quest for pics should start from 9-13-10 in my best guess. This is what I did with my bat and the logic seemed to work. You can check the away games after 9-19-10 because he could've taken it with him. I have e-mailed Marucci to ask about their shipping procedures, but they never return an e-mail. Hope this helps. Hey guys

Can someone help me find pics from sept 9th 2010. I checked Getty and I think I have a match with a black mark on the handle, but I need closer images. I'll post the bat asap.

Alex, the black mark on the handle will be on all of Pujols bats since 09. It is a grain slope test done by MLB on all maple (I think) bats. What is the date stamp on the bat?
