"Kempman" bat used by Andre Ethier during his 30 game hitting streak. The bat was broken on April 15 2011, and can be also photomatched to earlier series vs Rockies, Padres and Giants. Andre Ethier used this bat to hit 13 hits in 10 games (April 5~15) including his 99th career HR by this bat on April 9.

Yes, for 20 games from 12/21/2004 to 4/20/2005. The paperwork also has the boxscore from each game.

A few recent pick ups - (9) 2011 Chris Johnson bats. 2nd one from bottom is photomatched to his 6th HR of the yr!

1983 Gary Carter game used bat. Tons of use, ball marks, tape and tar. From eBay.....got lucky on this one!

Nice looking bat, but it's not from 1983, the stamping indicates 1992 (Carter's last year was spent back with the Expos).

Thanks for the reply. But I disagree with 1992. The labeling is same from '83 to '97. Carter played with the Expos through 1983. The bat records indicate the only 34 inch length C243 were indeed '83 and '92. But in '92 his orders were 30 oz. And black finish. Mine is 35 oz. And flame burned which is 1983. Thanks.

To clarify Louisville didn't start adding team names on the barrel until 1991. So it cannot be from before 1991.

From 1946-1986 below the signature was "LOUISVILLE SLUGGER"
From 1986-1989 below the signature was "LOUISVILLE SLUGGER (R)"
1990 there was nothing below the signature
From 1991-Present below the signature is the team name.

Ok, emann nailed it. I remeasured and the bat is 34 5/16 inches and that there is an order of 34.5 in 32 oz. flame burned in Carter's shipping records. Thanks for the help guys.....

Recently picked up a couple of items. The first is a game used baseball from the NCAA DII tournament. Thanks to a fellow forum member
