The Sconiers is also a style I made reference to in a different previous post.

1998 Cubs:

Home/road: Harry Caray memoriam patch R; team logo and Jack Brickhouse memoriam patch L.

Blue alternate: National League logo R, Caray and Brickhouse L.

The Brickhouse patches were added midsummer. Jerseys with the two memoriam patches still intact and not restored/replaced are extremely difficult to find.
