yeah there 99 retros, but didn't the taging of the OG retails stay the same? He can still compare it so he knows if he sees the tag in mine and there saying its game worn that he knows its not.

I take that back, the OG RETAIL taging was different then the 99 tagging I'm almost 100% sure. As far as Jordans actual IV tagging I'd say they look pretty real to me. Your thoughts on the cement 4's worn against knicks prime?

Primadriver, you said you can instantly tell a game worn Jordan shoe from a retail shoe. You claimed that Jordan's personal stock are clearly marked as samples. What about the two links I posted of the game worn IVs and Vs? I see no sign of "sample" markings.

          910204FT2 is a retail production code. '91' = 1991, '0204' = February to April, 'FT2'= Feng Tay production factory.

Same prod code as these size 11 public release.

More to the point, Maroons weren't worn in an NBA game.

It's not that easy. There are TONS of different variations. Telling them apart from retail is the easy part.

The V's look legit. The only shoes I've seen with specific production dates are PE's. Futhermore, the tag is different than the general release.

The IV's. They're definitely an authentic Jordan product. I can't say either way on whether or not they're gamers. The ending is cut off. I'll have to research that one.

In regards to examples of what a Player tag looks like.....I will post some pics later on.

Re: Question: Air Jordan VI model

If I remember correctly there was a huge topic on Nike Talk about this same issue and mostly all of Jordans Bulls shoes were never marked with PE. He didn't start doing that until later signing other athletes to his brand.

All and all the 2 links you posted I think are def legit. Theres no way to tell if they are really game worn, other then the source. Jordan had many back up pairs of shoes and some he wore some he didn't. So is it possible that the pairs listed could have never been worn YES it is. It all depends on how well you as the buyer trust the source. Yeah they look worn and yeah they match the era and size and colorways, also he signed them which makes them worth a lot of money in itself, but IMO they are indeed legit.

As for the Maroons, ehhh wouldn't trust those if they seller claims they are worn. Once again Jordan never wore a shoe that didn't match his Uniform.

There is only one way to solve this. Tagging of legit MJ gamers for each year need to be provided. We then compare that to the corresponding examples of retail tagging.

I am not speaking on his behalf, but I think most people that know the codes and how they work don't want to share because they are afraid counterfeiters will get this info.

I wish collectively we could put together a list if all the codes per year
