Here are some close ups of the jersey. I was able to match it to games 5 and 6 but Munson wore another jersey in game 1. Not sure why? Any clues

I think the guy on Net54 owes you big time. Just from those two photos, you could make a pretty good case that the jersey came from an iconic game in World Series history. The owner should send his jersey off to Mears and have Dave Grob work his magic. Munson jerseys are freakishly expensive as it is. I can't imagine what that jersey would be worth with the proper documentation that proves it came from the three homer Reggie game.

So this fellow over on net54 posted his Munson used home jersey from 1977 and I looked up photos and it seems to match to the final game of the world series. What do you guys think. But looking at getty, the pinstripes also match up with photos from 1978???
