Re: November Pick-ups
Some new 49er pickups!
1994 Steve Young away throwback worn vs Chargers with team letter and "Bronco tape"
1994 Doug Brien away throwback vs Vikings with team letter
1993 Dana Stubblefield rookie away gamer with team letter and "Bronco tape". Worn entire season. He was defensive rookie of the year. I also have his rookie home shirt which was worn the entire season as well.
Always buying 49ers gamers and paying a finders fee!

Re: November Pick-ups
Haven't posted in this thread lately so here go a couple of my most recent pick-ups.
Jimmy Rollins 2010 game issued road pants. I can't remember ever seeing any recent Phillies players pants available so I was happy to get these even though they weren't worn.
Jeff Kent 1993-96 LVS game used bat. This helps me re-complete my Kent career bat collection. One bat from each team he was on. I'd like to thank Tim of HOF bats for this one and for his great service all the way around.Leave a comment:

Re: November Pick-ups
Roberto Clemente - '69-'70 Adirondack
I had been looking for a nice Clemente bat for awhile and found this one.
The bat was acquired from the family of one of the original Expo owner/investors, with provenance letter relating it being picked up during a series at Jarry Park Stadium in '69-'70. The use is very nice overall, graded out as a GU 9.5.

Re: November Pick-ups
Johnny Bench - 1970 H&B B278 model
My other pickup thru the family of one of the original Montreal Expos investor/owners is this bat, specific to his MVP Year of 1970 when he hit .293 with 45 HRs and 148 RBIs, with same provenance of acquisition at Jarry Park Stadium directly from Bench. The handle has a good amount of scoring with a very heavy coating of pine tar and use on the barrel. This one received a grade of GU 10 and as a Johnny Bench collector, it had incredible eye appeal for me and is a real favorite.

INCREDIBLE!
I'm not into bats like I am jerseys, but that's the first Adirondack gamer of Clemente I recall seeing in years!
