cc sabathia indians rookie jersey ? help need

my brother got this jersey from ebay and i am checking to see if any of you indians expert know anything about this jersey
its tagged 2000 and part of strip tag is removed
i know cc sabathia was called to indians in 2000 but sent down to minor and this jersey might be worn during spring training in florida in 2000 ???
i know cc sabathia rookie year is 2001
let me know if u can help me with that
