Does anybody know who bat this is

I just bought this bat at the Indians team shop and I know idea who used this bat.
Can someone help me?
It is a Rawlings big stick and says CAJAB 47

I'm pretty sure this is Scott Eyre's bat. When with the Cubs, I noticed Cajab on his glove and asked him about it. He said it was for his sons, Caleb and Jacob. I'm pretty sure he wore #47 also.
