There were a few left over 2011 pink bats being auctioned at the same time! Did you look up the mlb authentication?

That is a odd bat! The 2012's were dark pink this year, all previous years have been the light pink like your bat, Maybe it was a leftover from lastyear and with all the problems lvs had at their factory they sentout lastyears model!

My Mitch Moreland bat and batting gloves came this week. Loving this bat. Shows a lot of use! He had a couple of hits in this game. The only question is that the date stamped is 2011. Is that normal?

I don't understand how it was being sold as game issued, at best it's a 1 of 1 bat from 2012. My best guess this bat came directly from Louisville slugger and went directly to market for sale. With all that said, nice pickup... its a cool bat!

yeah I don't understand why the teams don't auction off the items themselves instead of shipping them to new york and then mlb doing it!

I know where the price gouging for shipping comes into play. My pink Evo shield worn by Paul Goldschmidt, game was played in AZ so I was less than 20 miles from where it was played. The item was shipped to NYC and then shipped back to my home in AZ.
