This is my holiest of holy grails. Thanks to Scott Fukuda who found this on eBay. I had posted that a Dennis Martinez jersey meant the world to me because I saw the perfect game in person. Game was '91. This is '93.
Thanks, bro,
Dave Silverbrand

Game Used Josh Willingham Bat. It is a Shelley Duncan (Cleveland Indians) LVS Bat. Joshed used this to hit the game Winning Home Run against Chapman of the Reds at the end of June.
Still Trying to figure out why Josh was using Shelley Duncans Bat? Any help would be great!!
He could have been in between orders of bats or didn't take enough?

Hank Blalock 2010 game used rays jersey and his 2010 game used batting helmet. Helmet is believed to be the last helmet he used in MLB. the jersey is the second to last jersey he ever wore. On June 27, 2010 the rays wore powder blue that day. The day before they wore white. Jersye is a size 50 + 1 inch sleeve length and tapered "2010" tagging. Interestingly enough, in 2010 the Rays had "set 2010" tagging and just "2010" tagging on their jerseys.
The other batting helmet is of one of my all time favorite Tampa Bay Rays Shawn Riggans #11. This helmet was authenticated to the last game of the 2009 MLB season vs. NYY. Shawn wore #11 for the last month of the season instead of his regular #9, becuase the Rays picked up Gregg Zaun who wore #9. Shawn had his final MLB at bat in this helmet, a strikeout vs. Phil Coke. I have the game on video as well.
Now the chase starts of trying to run down Riggans and Blalock to get them to sign both helmets.
Thrilled to get these finds that took 2+ years to run down. Thanks to Korey as welL!
I was able to get a photomatch on getty to Holland's April 12th start vs. Seattle. I'm working on trying to get a match on MLBTV. Just havent had the time to watch it.
Sweet. I'd love to see the matches, once you have time. It's truly rare - and pretty awesome - to match a pair of spikes.

I struck gold at the Cardinals Authentics shop tonight. This helmet was being sold as a team-issued batting helmet for $75 because the number decal had been removed. However, I could tell that it was only a single digit number. Plus I knew that only a handful of Cardinals players wear the Cool Flo style helmets and that Holliday’s helmet size is 7 5/8. So I was fairly confident that it was Holliday’s helmet. Sure enough I get home and start browsing through photos and it was clearly worn by Holliday throughout the 2011 postseason, including the World Series! Not bad for $67.50 with my discount!
The first photo is from the NLDS and the second one is from the World Series.
Nice jscott. Let me know if you ever decide to move it!!!
Picked up these 2012 cleats of Derek Holland that he wore for the first few months of the season. Cleats show some really nice use and their are lots of photos of him wearing this style in April & May. Both are signed and inscribed.
Cool pickup. With the unique markings (a rip?) toward the toe, have you had any luck with an exact photomatch?
