Picked up some Abreu balls from his record breaking game on April 27th. None were authenticated to any of his at bats which sucks but you cant win them all. Also one ball was not authenticated so I am sending it back and selling one. One ball was authenticated to Scott Carroll who got his first career win that day but I think I am keeping the David Price ball. Still not sure. Now all I need to add is a debut ball.

I picked up some Jose Abreu balls from his first HR game April 8 in Colorado. It was also his first Multi HR game. I bought all 5 they had hoping to get one authenticated to his first HR at bat. Luckily i did now i need to watch the game and see where it was in the pitch sequence. I also picked up a Avisail Garcia ball from the night before. The Abreu ball is from the 7th inning and it was a foul to the screen.

If any White Sox collectors have pics that may be higher res or closer I'd love the assistance. Based on what the seller mentioned and what I was able to find researching this jersey it appears that Jim wore three different pinstripe jerseys that year....a Russell, another Wilson and this Wilson.
    Very nice!!

Nice. I picked the bottle up for 175 with a Coa from Timo Perez. Being its team signed what do you think it's worth?

Additionally, the worn leather (of a game used baseball) might do a better job of absorbing/adhering the inks to begin with.

By contrast, a retail ball (basically, the majority of OMLB, OAL, ONL balls) would have whatever surface the balls are treated with. Also, being a new leather surface, it's possible that the leather will take longer to absorb the inks. That could lead to smearing or fading over time.
Sweet sale glove! Don't know yet if I want to get into game used baseballs, I guess I just like the look of nice clean baseballs signed on the sweet spot lol if anything I could see myself maybe getting a used signed baseball if it's an actual hit or strikeout or something but not just a random used batting practice signed ball

Got my first glove today and also checked off the top of my grail list. Chris Sale Glove from 2012. Shows lots of wear in the pocket.

I haven't noticed any change so far. I see more changes in my new signed balls then used. I haven't had a used ball bleed or fade yet.
