Here is one of my centerpieces of my modern day collection. Another big Thanks to the last owner of this Regular/Playoff season Konerko jersey. I luv the fact that this jersey has heavy use. Plenty of matches for this gamer, but my favorite come at the end off the season when the Sox had to win through out to make it into the playoffs. Forcing a one game playoff between the Twinkies @ Sox Game 163. This Home Cool base Konerko matches all those home games and Game 4 of the ALDS were he belted a Solo HR.

Wishful thinking here has me matching this Black Alt jersey to multiple home runs in the '08 Season. Including the Home opener Grand slam, April 13th Grand Slam, 3 run homer April 15th.

Joe Crede's last year with the White sox was in 2008. A long overdue All Star appearance was his only in '08. While that year had many exciting players on its roster from the emergence of ROY candidate Alexis Ramirez, Possible AL MVP in Carlos Quentin, Slugger Jim Thome, Orlando Cabrera and the mid season acquisition of Ken Griffey Jr to name a few. Great times to watch as a fan from everybody in the line up all season long. Unfortunately back issues limited him to 97 games that Year.
