    Unreal.
Considering I paid for it it's not stolen. You wanna keep bashing me fine I can deal with it. I won't let you chase me off like so many of you have with other people because frankly I can care less. I don't have to justify why I sell any of my collection. Some of us don't have deep pockets so when life happens you sell. When someone like myself wants to add I have to subtract. I find a lot of this hillarious because I seem to be one of the only ones still posting my collection since so many people have left this site because of attacks like yours.

Perhaps it is indeed a Chicago thing. Not here to mudsling, but I don't condone stealing from Charity auctions or sales. That, to me, is the lowest of the low things to do, and this guy did it deliberately and knowingly, came here to brag about it, and now I just happened to see the jersey for sale on Ebay for 12x what he paid for it. If he's donating the proceeds minus is original gift back to Sox charities, then I commend him. If the money goes to anything else, it's outright theft. It is already theft. I don't mind someone getting a good deal at a thrift store or on Ebay. This dude took a jersey with a price tag on it that had THREE zeros and told the lady at the counter that it "looked like two zeros to him". Then bragged here about it. The Sox charities do a lot of good work. That's just a scummy thing to do, but I see a lot fof scummy stuff here. This might take the cake.

She said a hundred and rang it up. The past 2 years the regular jerseys have been 1K and they were up front with some of the other higher prices jerseys. The past 2 years the Jackie Robinson jerseys have been $100 and $125. I think it was a pretty legit question.

I stole nothing I asked a question then paid for it. I am buying the Dunn bats to photo match home runs not looking for Abreu. I'm not making a profit on the Dunns. I paid $100 for the majority at the Holiday sale and have sold them for $120-$140. I even paid $150 for some and lost money. Ebay fees I'm lucky to break even. Profit is not why I do it unless you strike gold with an Abreu first career hit your not making any. I have always been a Dunn fan and have a very large collection of his and I continue to collect.
Profit is not why you do it, right?

So this guys steals the jersey from White Sox Charities at Soxfest for $100 (well documented in this thread) and now is selling it on Ebay, asking $1250?

    Scum.

From a Cubs fan, I say that Bo Jackson jersey is really nice! Congrats on that.

I've been looking for a legitimate Bo Jackson White Sox jersey for a long time and I finally acquired one -- this 1991 Set 1 away jersey. Special thanks to Dave Mediema for taking a look at it and giving his blessing.

I am starting to think they do not exist. I have 1 and its the only one I have seen anywhere. You would think with all his K's there would be more out there. I asked the authentics guy last night if they had any and he said all they had was 1 and it was Sale's 10th K and it went to him. They only sold 2 balls even authenticated to Sale.

Has anyone visited the game used kiosk for the silent auction at the Cell? Just curious I was going to check it out at the next game I go to. I have yet to go this year. Wondering if they have anything decent or if it is just a bunch of autographs.

Venturas were going for $300 and a rookie Sanchez for $200 so the very few jerseys that were decent were not cheap.

The Sale jersey I bought in the team's online auction has lots of use.
Not with the way the team is playing. Even Abreu items are dropping off on the secondary market. If the team keeps playing like they have been there should be bargains at soxfest again this year.
