A 2012 Brewers BP jersey of Rick Kranitz from former GUU member SkubeBats. I know it's not a holy grail of any sort, but Kranitz has been an acquaintance since his days as an assistant pitching coach for the Cubs over 10 years ago, so this is the first step in rebuilding my collection after having to sell most of it last year to help fund our condo purchase.

Anyone know what the square on the knob is from? Not sure if something used to be on it or just some random event and it formed a square.

To me it looks like it was maybe sanded. I saw this bat up for auction and a friend wanted it and that was the main reason he stayed away.

Looks like normal game use to me. I have seen several maple bats with wear around the edges of the knobs. (Maybe where some players wrap their little fingers around the knob)??

Hard to know for sure.

I've picked up a lot of stuff lately and haven't had a chance to post. I'll try and get everything up in the next week of so. I'm also working on re-doing my home office.

Found this for my Titans collection today at a higher end thrift store....worth the $50 spot I'd say
