Jeff Ciffolillo is a member on the Game Used Universe forum. I checked the GUU database and Steve Misturini is not registered on this site.

thanks for the post and the laughs that came with it.

I liked Jeff Ciffolillo's reaction even though he lost. That was priceless to him. I guess copies of emails and copys of GUU threads are admissable in court.

I enjoyed the judge calling a person who keeps their jerseys in a closet as hoarders or asking about the smell of the office where the jerseys are kept too. I think its a common perception of non collectors as people in the courtroom seem to laughing together with the judge on her observations.

On Friday April 26, 2013, a case involving a game used Tom Brady jersey was on The People's Court. Steve Misturini vs. Jeff Ciffolillo.

There is a mention of MEARS, the FBI and yes, the "Game Used Forum"
