Saw this on a 2013 Mets Matt Harvey jersey being sold by Meigray I saw a few 2013 Astros gamers and have not seen this tagging

That QR code doesn't make any sense either, it just repeats what is already written on the tag and has a date of 7/5/2013 built into it. Not sure what that corresponds to but a date two months from now doesn't really make any sense for a jersey that is already available to purchase

I think your phone is set to European date mode somehow where it's day-month-year. I scanned it and my phone reads it as May 7.

The concept of the code on the tag still makes no sense though.
