I just came across a Andrew Luck 2012 jersey with a number change?? Anyone have any thoughts???

From what I've seen most of the jerseys worn by the 2012 rookies at the Panini event have had number changes (Brandon Weeden, TJ Graham, and the Luck)

Congrats on the pick up! Pretty unique. Was the "AL" patch only worn on the left sleeve?

I think that would be correct. I'm not 100% sure though.

After looking at numerous 2012 Topps RC cards of Brandon Weeden, I'm convinced this jersey was worn during his Topps Rookie Photo Shoot. Big thanks to himes for finding the match!

Here are some pics of the number change. The jersey was #11 Mohamed Massaquoi, which 2012 was his last year on the team. 2012 would be Brandon Weedens first year. I assume there is a possibility that the nameplate was changed but there isn't anything obvious, which it would seem there would be with a name long name like Massaquoi but then again maybe not.

Thoughts?
