Brian Griese = King Bust?
That is a pretty lame thing to claim on this guy.
I am not sure why he would qualify.
- 3rd round pick
- Has a winning record as a starter (inkling winning record in Miami, Denver and Tampa)
- 11 year career with helping Tampa win division title in 2005
- Pro Bowler in 2000
- Nearly 20,000 career passing yards
- his 119 career TD's rank higher than Mark Rypien, Jim McMahon, Doug Williams, and Jeff Hostetler

King bust, how so?
Don't forget - Led NFL in QB rating in 2000 and led NFL in Completion Percentage in 2004.
Guy isn't a Hall of Famer but you are current. He isn't a King Bust or even a Bust - 11 years in the NFL is something to be proud of. A 45-38 career record as a starting quarterback is also positive.

I would also like to know what justifies Griese as a "King Bust", and I'm even a Broncos' fan.
I used to be the not-so-proud owner of this Kijana jersey. I probably should have burned it, but instead I sold it. It really epitomizes the hopelessness of the 1990s Bengals.
