I am very excited about the package that just came in. Game Used Jerseys from the Daytona Cubs

My latest pickup is related to a milestone. Got a strikeout ball from Orioles' top prospect Kevin Gausman's first career win as a starter. It's cool because not many strikeout balls are authenticated here. Gausman is one of my favorite up and comers so I'm stoked to have this. Plus it was a strikeout of an all star.

Tampa Bay BP jersey of Mitch Meluskey worn as a game jersey during the opening series Yankees/Devil Rays clash in Japan. i recall being at Wrigley Field a day or 2 after he was first promoted to the Astros, and I had bought a pack of Series 2 Topps cards earlier that day, one which had his first MLB card in it. I showed him the card, and he was excited...he hadn't seen it yet. I offered to trade it for a ball or a bat (his choice) and he gave me the LS bat he used during batting practice.

Added a couple former Cincinnati Reds catchers GU gloves to the collection recently...Eddie Taubensee and Ramon Hernandez, both with tremendous use.

Second item is the lineup card from the Brewers vs. Orioles Memorial Day game I attended in Milwaukee. This goes with the base and Mark Reynolds Memorial Day hat and jersey I posted earlier this month. Its cool because it has the Welcome Back Veterans logo. Also love Ron Roenicke's handwriting on his lineup cards.

It is actually the hand writing of their bench coach Johnny Narron.
