Awesome! Thanks for the help! I looked everywhere for a similar tag! I am going to get it framed and I will keep you guys posted on what it looks like.
I saw the listing on the Art Monk jersey listed as game used. Didn't the Redskins use nameplates on the back of their game worn jerseys? This one doesn't look like it has one, also did they have Macgregor emblems on the sleeve? This has the tagging like yours but was the Monk jersey game worn? Trying to figure out if it might give a clue to the Bo Jackson Raiders style jersey.

Interesting point about the Monk nameplate being screened on. Seems odd, but maybe it's possible. This looks like it might be screened.
[QUOTE=sox83cubs84;363324]That would date it to 1990.

I believe the Raiders switched to Wilson jerseys for the 1990-91 season but I came across a Youtube video "Bo Jackson Thunderstruck 1990 Raiders Season Week 12-15" and when the video is stopped at the 4:48 mark you can see Bo's teammate #86 wearing what looks like a Macgregor emblem on his sleeve. But on a black jersey.

Searching Getty for 1990, all the pictures I can find with Bo shows much shorter and opened sleeves than the road jersey at the beginning of this thread.

Running back Bo Jackson of the Los Angeles Raiders in this portrait watching the action from the bench against the New York Giants December 24, 1989 during an NFL game at Giant Stadium in East...
I saw that photo too but look at his neck line to the shoulder seam, it goes down past that. The jersey in question doesn't. After Google searching, did Bo wear one size, or did he wear size 42, 44, 46 and 48. Auction houses have so many different sizes that they sold.

I agree a 44 seems pretty small for Bo, that's just my opinion, although the picture has the "V neck" close to the seam, it's just zoomed in, if you look at my picture it is very identical, the V doesn't reach the seam..

My final thought on the Bo size, I always heard years ago back in the early 90's that a size 48 in Macgregor Sandknit jerseys was the correct game worn size. I wasn't the equipment mgr. back then so I can't say what size he wore. I have never seen a game worn Bo jersey carry a Macgregor emblem on the side although it was possible. Anyways it was fun with the research. Thanks for showing it to everybody!
