I received a great bithday gift from a GUU member friend Friday; a 2014 Tigers spring training cap worn by coach Dave Clark. I never got a cahnce to talk to Clark in 2014, so this great gift ensures that I will have at least one Tigers lid of him.

Thrilled to grab great balls from the Mariners' final two games of a great season:

1. Paxton strike-out of Trout baseball from last night's Mariners game
2. Trout foul ball off Felix Hernandez baseball from this afternoon's gem by Felix. 'Cy Young award winner to MVP' would be a nice touch.

In honor of my Nats having an awesome season so far, here are three recent pickups that I'm excited about adding to my collection.

The first is a Denard Span game used bat from this season, broken on 9/1. I believe that I might have it photo matched to this game when he hit a homerun since it was broken in the 9th.





The next is an uncracked Chandler bat used by Jayson Werth. It shows a ton of use with lots of tar. The bat is beautiful!





Finally, the last is an uncracked and signed bat used by Anthony Rendon. This bat is hammered with use as well

How do I post pics? Everytime I click on the "paperclip" attachment, It wont let me attach anything.

-Click Post Reply.
-Type whatever you want in the body of your message (this will appear above your photos).
-Click Manage Attachments (under Additional Options)
-Click Browse to select a file from your computer (all photos must be less than 585.9 KB)
-Click Upload when you have your photos selected. You can only upload 3 photos at a time but you can add more than 3 photos to your post (just follow the Browse/Upload procedure again until you have all your photos attached). I think the limit of photos per post is 10 but can't recall the exact number.
-You can click Preview Post to see exactly what your post will look like with the text and images. If your photos are not visible in your post preview they will not be visible after hitting Submit Reply. I recommend doing this anytime you are posting photos just to make sure the images have uploaded properly and aren't gigantic.

Picked up an Alfredo Aceves GU bat from the Red Sox. I collect pitchers bats and find it even cooler that I now have an AL middle relievers bat. Must be a rarity.
