1987 Fouts Charger jersey question

I'm pretty sure I have all my facts and answers in order on this jersey, but I wanted to confirm with others on here.

Someone offered me a 1987-88 jersey "game worn" of Dan Fouts. Before seeing the images I was already a little skeptical as Fouts retired after 87 and did not play in 1988.

The jersey images came and they are of the 1988 style uniform and a size 50 for Fouts.







Has anyone seen this one offered before?
Thoughts?

This is also the 1988 style the Chargers switched to with smaller Numbers and no white under the bolts for the away jerseys.

Pretty mucha repeat offender I assume--offering this until someone without the correct knowledge on the item bites. Bummer these people exist.

Thanks Eric--I noticed that square tag was missing as well. I guess I am posting this as more of a warning to others that this jersey is out there. Though I hear from others you guys are aware of this guy trying to pass this off already.
