Game used cardinals baseball jersey or no?

Hey guys,

Found a cardinals jersey today and I haven't bought it yet but I'm wondering if this is some sort of major or minor league jersey? I don't have much baseball stuff so I don't know what to look for so forgive me if I'm asking a dumb question but any help would be much appreciated. Obviously with the name I'm hoping it is!

Wash code 6000 is a retail jersey.

Post 1997-98, that is true. The lack of a size tag flagged underneath the Majestic tag is also a retail jersey trait.
