"Byars #9" game used fielding glove?

Hey all,

I saw this in a sports store the other day and was wondering if anyone had any insight on who this might be? I don't imagine this would be something a "normal" person would do.

That model is made for fastpitch/softball.

When it was new it retailed for 175 and change.

The flag stitched on is normal for the glove but the name is custom.

I actually use that exact model when i play outfield and have my name embroidered on all my gloves since several of my teammates have the same gloves as we were sponsored for a few years by Worth. So unfortunately
The glove has no collector value.
