Helmet facemask code "12-06K" ?

Hey all,

I have the option to purchase a Titans game helmet and the facemask code on it the seller said is "12-06K" - they said they received the helmet in 2010 when Jeff Fisher was still the coach.

Can anyone interpret the code? Thanks a ton!

This is a guess...might be Ti = titanium and the 12-06 would be December 2006. K is maybe a style indicator. For a 2010 helmet a mask made end of year 2006 wouldn't be out of the question in my opinion.

I am guessing it's 2010 but honestly it could have been a helmet from any year prior as the seller had indicated they received it then, but the team probably just grabbed a helmet.

That helps a lot - I assumed it was possibly that date but with there being no 3-digit number code on the facemask at all that's what threw me off.

Thanks for the suggestion - anyone else know if 12-06 is December 2006? Or if there's another way to date the helmet? I can provide any pics needed.
