Final Out ball of World Series ....

Big money item to stay with the Cubs
At least I got to throw out some hypothetical values
Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo had just recorded the final out of the World Series, ending the longest championship drought in major U.S. professional sports. Before high-fiving any teammates, however, Rizzo took care of business: He reached back with his left hand and placed the baseball in his back pocket for safekeeping.

Rizzo did the same thing with the ball that clinched the NLCS too. Smart thinking on his part.

How much do you see Cubs WS jerseys going for if the team puts any up for auction?

World Series game 7 jerseys I see the guys who didn't even make it in the game going for 10k+
Rizzo would go for over 100k imo, at least I would get that based on what I got for piazza as example

I think it's pretty rare that these big significant balls ever see the light of day. Most players and teams want to do exactly what the Cubs are doing with those balls - keeping them in house to memorialize such a great accomplishment.

As they should. I'm glad the baseball is staying with the team and not being auctioned off.
