Nolan Ryan Jersey - Score Board or Game Used?

I recently acquired this jersey from a small collection, which was a mix of retail and game used/issued items. My question is about this 1989 Nolan Ryan jersey. Is this a jersey that was produced by Score Board, or is this a team issue or game used jersey? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely a Score Board. The jersey has a 1990-91 Rawlings tag, which is standard for '89 Score Board offerings, and the "34 1 1989" strip tag is the one that appears on these, as well.
