Vintage PCL Jacket Help Needed

Hello Everyone,

Fisrt post but have been reading the boards for a while. I think this is exactly wht this hobby has needed for a long time. Do have a question, I am looking for opinions on this PCL Jacket. The Jacket is from the geographical area you would expect however there is not any form of hard provenance. I am posting some pictures with the hope that some of you maybe able to shed some light to whether or not this is the real deal. Thanks in advance for any help.

I understand barry-debi and Howard discussing his item via email, but hopefully all of will be involved in the results of their discussion. This item is not really what I collect, but I would be interested in learning about the item.
