Vladimir Guerrero 2006 Game Used Jersey

I recently purchased a Vladimir Guerrero 2006 Game Used jersey on Ebay. After finding this very helpful site I have a few concearns about it's authenticity. It appears to have a 0062 wash tag that has been sewn ontop of the stictching instead of being stitched into the seam of the jersey. I have looked at every picture I can find of 2006 Game Used Majestic jersey's and not one tag looked like this one. Is there any way this Jersey can be legit.
The second concearn is that it was auctioned off by Historic auctions and has been authenticated by Lou Lampson. After reading the many threads regarding Historic and Lampson I'm really worried now. I have included a picture of the 0062 tag . Any thoughts on this jersey would really help me out. Thanks!

Yep...unfortunatley it was sewn on to make it seem game worn...good luck in trying to get a refund.

All they said was payment refunded and asked if there was anything else I was looking for. I sent them every picture I could find on this website of other jersey's they had auctioned off with the same fake tags ie pujols,biggio then photo's of genuine tags. Let's see if they try to auction it off again.
