SSK Professional Edge Model, "K. Fukudome #1" on barrel, pine tar on handle. Decent use on bat. Number "18" written on the knob in marker.

The bat was sourced through Steiner who had a team deal with the Dodgers. This suggests the bat may have been used by either Geovany Soto of the Cubs (Fukudome's teammate) or Hiroki Kuroda of the Dodgers.

Hello Chris,

I actually have a email in to Steiner, who is the consignor of this item. Given Steiner had a deal with the Dodgers, the "18" on the knob suggests it may have been used by Soto (Fukudome's teammate) or possibly Hiroki Kuroda (a Japanese born player for the Dodgers). Since Steiner's deal was with the Dodgers, my guess is the latter but we will let you know as soon as we here back from Steiner. I also asked if this is called out on the Steiner LOA.
